Cookie Policy

Last Updated: May 28, 2026

This Cookie Policy explains how ArkCentral (operated by Arkra LLC) uses cookies and similar technologies on our website. Read it together with our Privacy Policy.

1. What is a cookie

A cookie is a small text file that a website stores on your device when you visit. Cookies are widely used to make websites work, to improve user experience, and to provide analytics about how the site is used. Similar technologies (such as localStorage and tracking pixels) serve comparable purposes; references to "cookies" in this policy cover all of them.

2. The categories we use

ArkCentral groups cookies into three categories. Only the strictly necessary category runs by default. Analytics and marketing cookies require your explicit consent through the cookie banner shown the first time you visit, and you can change your choice at any time.

Strictly necessary

These cookies are required for the website to function. They cannot be disabled. They do not store any information that personally identifies you.

NamePurposeSet byDuration
arkcentral_consentStores your cookie-consent choice so we do not show you the banner again.ArkCentral12 months
Session / CSRF cookiesMaintain the integrity of forms and checkout requests.ArkCentral / Next.jsSession
Stripe Checkout cookiesSet on checkout.stripe.com when you proceed to payment. Required to complete a purchase.StripeSession

Analytics (opt-in)

These cookies measure how visitors use the site so we can improve it. They only fire after you accept the analytics category.

NamePurposeSet byDuration
_ga, _ga_<id>Distinguish unique visitors and sessions for Google Analytics 4.Google24 months
ph_*PostHog product analytics: distinguish unique visitors, group events into sessions, record feature-flag exposure.PostHog12 months

We do not load the Meta (Facebook) Pixel client-side. Marketing attribution to Meta is performed server-to-server through the Meta Conversions API; that flow does not set cookies on your browser.

Marketing (opt-in)

If you accept the marketing category, third-party tools we use may set their own cookies for ad measurement and attribution. At the time of writing, ArkCentral does not load any client-side marketing tags on this website. If that changes in future, this table will list them and the consent banner will surface the new category.

3. Third-party widgets

In addition to the categories above, certain pages embed third-party widgets that may set their own cookies when you interact with them:

  • Chatway live chat – the chat widget at the bottom of the page sets functional cookies when you open it so it can keep your conversation context across page navigations. The widget is not active on the checkout success and cancel pages.
  • Mux video player – when you press play on an embedded product video, the player may set cookies used for playback analytics and to remember preferences such as the volume level.

If you do not interact with these widgets, they do not set cookies.

4. How to manage cookies

You can update your cookie preferences at any time by clicking Cookie settings in the website footer. Your choice is stored in the arkcentral_consent cookie and applies immediately.

You can also clear or block cookies through your browser settings. Most browsers let you do this from the privacy or security section of their preferences. Note that blocking the strictly necessary cookies may prevent parts of the site (such as checkout) from working correctly.

5. Changes to this policy

We may update this Cookie Policy from time to time. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Material changes will be flagged on the website prior to taking effect.
